Scope and price

Each project has a written scope and a fixed price agreed before work starts. Work outside the scope is quoted separately.

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise, 50% is due at the start and 50% at handover.

Ownership

Everything we build runs in your accounts and belongs to you once paid in full.

Third-party tools

Subscriptions to tools like n8n, Make, HubSpot or voice AI providers are between you and the vendor. We are not responsible for their outages or price changes.

Fixes after handover

We fix bugs in what we built for [N] days after handover at no cost.
